Terms and Conditions of Payment
In the absence of prior written agreement to the contrary, payment of our fees is required on receipt of our invoice. Failure to make payment within 28 days of the due date will result in the matter being referred to our Debt collection Agents whose charges will be added to, and payable with the invoice debt.

Full fees are payable for sickness and all bank holidays.

Full fees are payable 50 weeks of the year. Half fees are payable 2 weeks of the year. 1 week is over the Christmas period when nursery closes. The second week is for a week of your choice. This week must be booked in advance and taken as a whole week. Your child must not attend nursery during this week.

Failure to meet the request for payment of fees will result in your child’s nursery place being terminated.

Agreements of payment types and frequency must be agreed before your child attends nursery.
